    Hi Tim,

In which platform are you building the installer? Could you include the exact error you are getting? The log file should include additional details about the error (stdout, stderr and exit code).

    Best regards,

    Juanjo,

    Hi Juanjo,

The installer is created on a Windows10.

We also create a dmg... createOsxBundleDmg

Signed or unsigned dmg makes no difference.

As requested, the error in the installer log file:

    Executing /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh
    Script exit code: 126

    Script output:

    Script stderr:
    /bin/sh: /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh: Permission denied

    Error running /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh : /bin/sh: /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh: Permission denied
Problem running post-install step. Installation may not complete correctly
    Error running /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh : /bin/sh: /Applications/LansweeperAgent/autostart.sh: Permission denied

To verify I just created a new installer from the same Windows10 computer, using the same project xml with the 18.7 InstallBuilder:

    * pop-up warning about 64-bit incompability

    * no issues during install, script is executed

    Best regards,

    Tim
