    Hi Jason,

    You can use <xmlFileGet> to get the value from an XML  and <xmlFileSet> to set a value.

    If the xml file doesn't exit, will <xmlFileSet> create the file? If the element <xmlFileSet> is setting does not exit, will it create the element? I am getting errors when writing to a new xml file with the following. The error message was not very helpful. I have confirmed both ${config_file} and ${install_token} have correct values set.

    <xmlFileSet>

    <attribute></attribute>

    <element>/config/token</element>

    <file>${config_file}</file>

    <value>${install_token}</value>

    </xmlFileSet>

    I tested with an xml file that has the elements and it worked fine. It's not helpful if IB can't create an xml file.

    Hi Jason,

    Unfortunately creating new XML files is currently not supported. It's only possible to read and change existing XML values.

    Regards,

    Michiel

    BitRock Support,

    Can we have this feature in the future? Create XML files?

    Unfortunately it's not on our roadmap to add support for it.
