    It is not possible to have different build targets in the dropdown but you can use the below instuctions to build from command line:

    http://installbuilder.bitrock.com/docs/installbuilder-userguide.html#_creating_specific_windows_64bit_installers

    You could also use a <showChoiceQuestion> in the <prebuildactionlist> to graphically modify the flag:

    <preBuildActionList>
         ...
         <showChoiceQuestion>
           <defaultValue>x64</defaultValue>
           <text>Select the Windows arch</text>
           <variable>windowsArchitecture</variable>
           <optionList>
              <option>
                 <description>x64</description>
                 <text>x64</text>
                 <value>x64</value>
              </option>
              <option>
                 <description>x86</description>
                 <text>x86</text>
                 <value>x86</value>
              </option>
           </optionList>
         </showChoiceQuestion>
         <deleteFile path="${installdir}/configuration" >
            <ruleList>
               <compareText text="${answer}" logic="equals" value="delete"/>
            </ruleList>
         </deleteFile>
         ...
     </preBuildActionList>
