Uninstall dat file has incorrect name on Linux

The name of the uninstaller .dat file is created by taking uninstaller's name, removing last extension and adding .dat. Usually this would be:

For uninstall.run, the remove last extension step results in uninstall; after adding .dat, the name is uninstall.dat.

In your case, uninstall-myapp-12.0sp2-b263 is translated to uninstall-myapp-12 and then uninstall-myapp-12.dat after the .dat addition. Adding .run extension should resolve the issue - for example calling the uninstaller uninstall-myapp-12.0sp2-b263.run.
